Delete your VPN Nepal account

You can ask us to delete your VPN Nepal account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how to request it, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.
1 How to request deletion
- Email us from your account address Send your request to privacy@vpnnepal.com from the email address registered to your VPN Nepal account. Sending from that address is how we confirm the request is really yours.
- Use the subject “Account deletion request” That routes it to the right team. You do not need to give a reason.
- We verify and confirm We may ask one verification question to be certain the account is yours. We will never ask you for your password.
- Your account is deleted We email you once it is done.

2 What is deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your name, email address, and profile details
- Registered devices, and their connection keys and configurations
- Subscription and plan preferences tied to your account
- Support tickets and correspondence you sent us
- Connection metadata associated with your account
VPN Nepal does not log the websites you visit, the content of your browsing, or the files you transfer — so there is no browsing history to delete.
3 What we must keep, and for how long
Required by tax and accounting law. Kept for legal compliance only.
Anonymized records may be kept where needed to protect the network from fraud and abuse, or where the law requires us to keep them.
4 How long it takes
Your personal data is deleted within 30 days of your account being closed.
Deleting your account ends your subscription and disconnects every registered device. It cannot be undone — you would need to create a new account to use VPN Nepal again.
