Guide

Start here

Use this guide when you are setting up VPN Nepal for the first time. It covers plan choice, account ownership, checkout, the dashboard, and the first protected device.

  • Choose Personal for private use, Business for company-owned devices, or Custom when rollout needs sales guidance
  • Create the account owner before checkout so billing, support, and devices stay tied to one account
  • After payment is verified, open the dashboard and add the first device before connecting

01

Choose the right plan

Start with the plan that matches who owns the devices and who needs support. This keeps account access, device limits, and billing clean from day one.

  • Use Personal when one person manages private phones, laptops, or browsers
  • Use Business when VPN access supports company work, staff, or managed devices
  • Use Custom before checkout when you need a quote, higher user counts, onboarding, or deployment planning

02

Create the account owner

The owner should be the person or company contact responsible for billing, support, and device management.

  • Use an email address that can receive verification and support replies
  • Keep company VPN access separate from personal VPN access
  • Use one owner account so support can see the right plan and device context

03

Complete checkout

Checkout connects the selected plan with the owner account. Once payment is verified, the dashboard should show the active plan and available device allowance.

  • Review the plan, billing cycle, and account email before paying
  • Wait for the payment confirmation or return to the dashboard after checkout
  • Use Contact Support for Custom plans instead of forcing a self-service checkout

04

Open the dashboard

The dashboard is the control point for plan status, devices, setup actions, and support context.

  • Check that the plan is active before installing a VPN profile
  • Review how many devices the plan allows
  • Use the dashboard account when asking support for help

05

Add the first device

Registering a device keeps access tied to the right account and makes revocation possible if the device is lost, sold, or replaced.

  • Give the device a clear name such as Raj iPhone or Finance MacBook
  • Remove old devices before replacing them when the limit is full
  • Do not share one device profile across multiple people or machines

06

Install the right application

Use the application path that matches the device and traffic you want to protect.

  • Use a browser extension only for browser traffic
  • Use the mobile app for phone-wide VPN protection
  • Use the desktop app for laptops and workstations
  • Use a manual config only when the normal app path is not suitable

07

Connect and confirm protection

Test the first connection before normal browsing or work use. The app should show a connected or protected state after setup.

  • Connect once after setup from the same device you registered
  • Confirm the app shows protected or connected status
  • If connection fails, send support the plan, device, operating system, app path, and where setup stopped

Need support?

Send the plan, account email, device type, OS version, app path, and where the setup stopped. Do not send passwords, private keys, QR codes, or payment details.
